Where You'll Rise - Beginners Pole

*Beginner Pole. No experience needed*

You don't need dance, fitness or gymnastics experience to start pole just the willingness to show up.

**Where You Rise** is our beginner friendly pole class designed to help you build a solid foundation for your pole journey. You'll learn key techniques like spins (static and spinning pole) climbing progressions, beginner inverts and a little floorwork all at a pace that meets you where you are.

This class is about building strength, confidence and connection not perfection. Our instructors will support you every step of the way with encouragement, expert guidance and zero judgment.

You'll leave feeling stronger, more capable and more at home in your body.

*This is where you begin. This is where you rise.*

If you can't make our beginners class you can come to any open level session.

Why Try Pole?

  • You’ll get stronger – Even if you’ve never done a push-up, you’ll build real, functional strength

  • You’ll feel more flexible – Little by little, your body will open up in amazing ways

  • You’ll move with more confidence – Learn to trust your body and what it can do

  • It’s fun (like, actually) – Every class is different, creative and exciting

  • You don’t need experience – No dance, gym or fitness background needed

  • It’s your time – A space to focus on you — no pressure, no judgment

  • You’ll surprise yourself – Progress happens faster than you think

  • It’s empowering – Take up space, feel strong and own your movement

  • You’ll find community – Come for the pole, stay for the people

  • You’re allowed to be a beginner – Everyone starts somewhere. This is a safe, welcoming place to be

What Should I Wear?

Wear whatever helps you feel comfortable and confident and allows your skin to grip the pole.

We recommend:

  • Shorts (the more skin, the better the grip — BUT wear what feels right for you)

  • A supportive top or sports bra

  • Bare feet (or socks )

  • Kneepads for added comfort during floor transitions (optional, but helpful)

No need for anything fancy - just bring your body, your vibe and your courage. We’re here for the movement, not the outfit.

No jewellery or lotion please -  they can make things slippery and unsafe.

First time? Nervous? Totally normal. We’ve got you!
