This is your heel *tricks* class less flow, more fire.
**Tip + Grip** is all about mastering technical skills in heels: think kips, heel bangs, pirouettes, legwork, base transitions, controlled slides and powerful edge work. We'll break down the mechanics of these moves and build strength, precision and balance so you can execute them with confidence (and drama).
There's no choreography, just focused skill-building to help you feel strong, sexy and seriously in control.
Pole-specific heels required. Kneepads highly recommended.

This class is all about power, control, and clean technique - your outfit should support your movement and keep you safe while you slay.
We recommend:
Pole dance heels with ankle support (Pleasers, Hella Heels, CheBoots, Badda Heels, etc.)
No high street stilettos or non-pole heels — safety matters!
Shoe socks if your heels have glitter, crystals, or raised texture (to protect the floor)
Grippy kneepads – must-have for floorwork, slides and impact moves
Shorts or polewear – exposed skin helps with grip and control
A supportive top
Optional: ankle or leg warmers for extra cushion and flair
