Flex Appeal - Flexibility Class

Stretch, strengthen and unlock your full range all while feeling like a damn icon.

 

**Flex Appeal** is our signature flexibility class designed to support your pole and aerial training, but it's also a space to slow down, tune in and build strength through stretch. Each session focuses on active and passive flexibility, covering front and middle splits, hip openers, backbends and shoulder mobility.

 

All levels welcome. Just bring your body and your vibe.

What To Wear

Flexibility is about freedom and support so wear something that lets you stretch fully and move safely.

 

We recommend:

 

  • Leggings or fitted shorts – comfort + coverage while stretching

  • Fitted top or sports bra – so you can see your alignment

  • Layers – long sleeves or socks can help with certain stretches

  • No shoes needed – we’ll be on the floor or mat most of class

  • Optional: Yoga blocks or straps if you have them (we provide them too!)
