Self Work - Open Training

*Not suitable for students with fewer than 6 classes*

**Self Work** is an open studio session for you to explore, repeat, drill and refine anything you've been learning in class from tricks and transitions to full choreo or combos.

There's no instruction in this session, but there is space: to try new things, build confidence and grow your movement in your own way, at your own pace. We just ask that you work within your current level and respect the shared space.

Whether you're here to rep out spins or just vibe in the corner with your favourite song this time is yours.

What to Wear

This is your time — no expectations, no performance. Just movement, exploration and progress at your pace.

We recommend:

  • Whatever you wear to your usual pole/aerial classes

  • Bring kneepads, grip aids or heels if you plan to use them

  • Layers can help keep muscles warm between sets

  • A notebook or notes app if you like tracking your progress

  • Headphones if you want your own vibe (studio rules permitting)

Just respect your limits and the space — then go for it.

The Benefits

  • Practice skills on your own schedule

  • Build muscle memory through repetition

  • Try new things without the pressure of performance

  • Explore flow, freestyle or choreo at your own pace

  • Set personal goals and track progress

  • Create space for connection between mind and body

  • Grow in confidence and independence

  • Reclaim movement for you

This is where you find your own rhythm.
