Strapped - Heelography Dance Classes

*Prerequisite: At least 6 weeks of pole experience*

 

**Strapped** is a choreography-based class where power meets performance. Inspired by sensual movement, flow, hip hop and everything in between, this is your space to step into the fiercest, boldest version of yourself all in heels.

 

We focus on fluid transitions, floorwork, pole combos and musicality, with new routines every two weeks that challenge your body and unleash your presence.

 

Pole heels required (Pleasers, Hella Heels, CheBoots, etc).


Kneepads recommended. Sass required.

What To Wear

This is your time to feel powerful, expressive and fully in your body — wear what moves with you and makes you feel good.

 

We recommend:

 

  • Pole dance heels (Pleasers, Hella Heels, CheBoots, etc.) No street shoes or stilettos — safety first!

  • Shoe socks if your heels have glitter, crystals or raised textures (to protect the floor)

  • Kneepads – essential for floorwork (grippy ones are best!)

  • Shorts, leggings, underwear, bikinis, bodysuits – wear what lets you move freely and feel your best

  • Layers you can shed – a T-shirt or hoodie for warm-up, then strip down to your confident self

 

You're welcome to dance barefoot if heels aren't your thing yet - no pressure, just presence.
