Whether you're just starting out or flipping into advanced combos, **Get a Grip** is your all-in-one pole training session.

 

We'll guide you through strength-building tricks, transitions, dynamic movements, spins, holds, floorwork and flexibility all tailored to your level.

 

Beginners, intermediates and advanced students will each work at their own pace with guidance

from our experienced, supportive instructors. You'll leave feeling stronger, more confident and fully in your power.

 

Heels welcome, but totally optional.
