Rooted - Pole Flow

*Low Flow Pole Suitable for all levels (recommended: 6+ weeks of pole experience)*

**Rooted** is our signature low pole flow choreography class, a space to connect to your body, the floor and your own rhythm.

In this class, we explore grounded movement on and around the base of the pole. Expect slow, controlled transitions, floorwork, dynamic shapes, spins and holds, all stitched together into expressive choreo that lets you move with intention and feeling.

This is a non-heels-based class focused on connection, not perfection.

We recommend at least 6 weeks of pole experience before joining so you feel confident with basic technique.

No matter where you're starting from, you'll leave feeling more present, more powerful and more *you.*

What To Wear

Rooted is all about low flow, grounded movement, floor transitions and expressive choreography around the base of the pole. You’ll want to feel connected, comfortable and free to move without distraction.

We recommend:

  • Kneepads – essential for floorwork and sliding transitions

  • Leggings, joggers or shorts – any are welcome, just make sure you can move freely

  • Fitted top or crop that stays in place while you flow

  • Bare feet or socks – whatever helps you feel grounded

  • Optional: Layers for warm-up or if you like a little extra coverage

This is a non-heels class, we’re keeping it soft, raw, and real. No expectations, no performance — just presence.

Dress for freedom. Move for yourself.

The Benefits

  • Strengthens connection between movement and emotion

  • Builds slow, grounded control and flow-based awareness

  • Enhances floorwork, basework and low pole transitions

  • Improves mobility, body articulation and shape-making

  • Offers a deeply expressive outlet - no performance needed

  • Teaches you to move with intention, not just impact

  • Centers your body as it is - not what it “should” be

  • Creates space to soften, listen and root into your own rhythm

Rooted is where you let the ground hold you -  and still rise.
