Floor Play - Floorwork

All Levels Floor Based Choreography. 

 

**Floorplay** is our all levels floorwork class where creativity, sensuality and control collide. This is your time to explore grounded movement from slinky transitions and sweeps to rolls, legwork and choreography that flows across the floor.

 

You'll build strength, fluidity and confidence in your own style while learning sequences that are as expressive as they are empowering. No pole, no pressure just you, the music and the floor.

 

This class is open to all levels, no pole or dance experience needed. Just bring your body and your curiosity. Join us for a slow, sensual movement class rooted in power and pure pleasure. Here we create a space where you can move without shame, drop into your body and express on your own terms.

 

Expect juicy floorwork, slinky choreography and permission to take up space in whatever way feels right for you. This is a class for exploring your sensuality, building confidence and moving with intention - no pressure to “perform,” just a space to melt, grind and connect.

What to Wear

This class is all about grounded movement - sliding, rolling, sweeping and flowing across the floor. Wear clothes that let you move freely, feel amazing. We have both heels based and contemporary based floor play classes

 

We recommend:

 

  • Kneepads – must have for comfort and safety 

  • Leggings or joggers if its contemporary based - Whatever helps you move and feel confident

  • Fitted top, crop, bodysuit, bikini – something that stays in place while you roll around

  • Socks or bare feet – again depending on style of movement

  • Heels - for heels based choreo

  • Optional: Layers to peel off as you warm up and drop in

 

 

There’s no dress code - just choose what helps you move with confidence and feel at home in your body.
