Lauren has just placed 3rd in the WBFF PRO World Championships. She is also the WBFF PRO Fitness Diva European Champion 2018. If you have already read about Lauren's credentials you'll know you're in the right place to find for your posing coach!

Lauren's style is more suited to Fitness Model posing. However Lauren can taylor to your needs or certinly point you in the right direction.
