To work alongside our flexibility class, this mobility
class is designed to take your training to the next level. We'll be focusing on injury prevention, stability, scapular control, strengthening and rehab on super tight shoulders, chest, hips etc.
We'll work active and passive flexibility with huge focus on strengthening the whole body working at your level. Click here to see our new starter offers!
All levels welcome! No experience necessary. Just wear
clothes suitable for stretching and we’ll see you there!
