Mobility and Flexibility Fow

To work alongside our flexibility class, mobility and flexibility flow is designed to take your training to the next level. We'll be focusing on injury prevention, stability, scapular control, strengthening and rehab on super tight shoulders, chest, hips etc. We'll work active and passive flexibility with huge focus on strengthening.
Everyone can come to this class.
***You need to bring:

Hockey Ball
Flat Resistance Band
Foam Roller
Long Resistance Band
