Flexibility

 

Our stretch and strength class is ideal for anyone who wants to take their pole and aerial fitness to the next level, or anyone just wanting to improve on flexibility. 

 

PLEASE BRING YOU OWN MAT AND YOGA BLOCKS

 

This class will aim to improve on splits (front and box), back bends, arms/shoulders and legs/hip flexibility.

 

Ankle weights are an excellent addition if you really want to push yourself!
